Volunteering Highland are now offering Bookkeeping and selected Office Services to our Members in Inverness and surrounding areas.

Bookkeeping

We can provide financial assistance to your organisation by:-

  • Recording purchases, sales, receipts and payments
  • Operating an efficient double entry system
  • Payment of invoices
  • Banking
  • Ensuring information is well-prepared for further accounts compilations

Costs from just £16.00 per hour.

Payroll

For a fixed annual fee we will pay your staff's wages into their accounts on time and ensure compliance with all legal obligations.  We will:

  • Calculate monthly salaries and any overtime or additional payments
  • Calculate all statutory pays
  • Deductions, attachments or employees' pension contributions
  • Pay your employees' salary by BACS direct to their account
  • Issue leavers P45s
  • Compile monthly payslips and year end P60s
  • Pay Tax and NI Liabilities to HMRC
  • Complete your end of year returns
