Please read the following terms and conditions of room hire before submitting your application.

Terms and conditions
  1. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation. Failure to notify will render the hirer liable for the full cost of the booking.
  2. Any damage to Volunteering Highland property or equipment arising from improper or negligent use will be recoverable in full.
  3. Arrangements need to be made for bookings out with normal hours, i.e. evenings and weekends. To acquaint yourself with these (collection of keys, intruder alarm, etc.) please contact the administrator beforehand.
