• To raise the profile, change perception and promote a culture of Volunteering.
• To build community capacity through provision of guidence, training,resources and sharing best practice to third sector organisations.
• To support volunteers to gain and excellent and values experience on their volunteering pathway.
• To maximise our impact by building mutually beeficial partnerships with key stakeholders.
• To expand the provision of support services for independent living.
• To continue to develop Signpost as a well-managed, well resourced, effective, sustainable, and welcoming social enterprise.
