Introduction

Hello

I am the Development Officer for the Nairn Volunteer Centre, my name is Cindy, and I work with Derek, Lara and Jacqueline who are Volunteers. We are open on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9am – 5pm, and also Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am – 12.30pm, when we will be able to advise you on what the Centre can do for you.

The Centre is an information point on everything voluntary and we hold an opportunities book which has a wide range of different voluntary positions available for you to choose from. If you are unsure as to what you fancy doing I can arrange taster sessions for you, so you can try before you commit.

Communities need volunteers, so I really thank you for showing an interest in doing something worthwhile.

I am looking forward to finding you a placement which you will find fulfilling and rewarding and hopefully lots of FUN ……
