Within The Gateway offi c e complex Volunteering Highland has a number of small offices which are made available to charitable organisations through sub-leasing at highly competitive rents.

As organisations grow and relocate, offices become available once more. This is the current situation whereby Volunteering Highland has one small office (Office 18: 116sq.ft.) available for immediate occupancy, with the prospect of three other offices becoming available in the near future (Office 5: 120sq.ft., Office 7: 102sq.ft. and Office 15; 155sq.ft.

Nearing completion is the new office development beneath cale House.  this is an attractive, newly-constructed, self-contained open-plan office of 1,225 sq.ft.

Leases are o f short duration (generally 12 months) with rent paid quarterly in advance.

Services of the offices include-

• Reception cover during normal office hours
• Unrestricted electricity usage
• Office Cleaning
• Insurance
• Building security and fire alarm system
• Toilets
• Repairs & maintenance of office fixtures and fittings
• Stair lift to first floor and wheelchair use within building

A variety of different office spaces are available now for immediate entry.
