Training

A successful training programme is an essential cog in the machine of any organisation whether in the voluntary, public or private sector.  There are many reasons why it is essential to ensure a properly trained staff: for example, improving productivity and efficiency, to meet legal requirements (Health & safety), accreditation requirements (IIP) or for personal development reasons.

Volunteering Highland is committed to providing relevant and affordable training to voluntary sector and other organisations check out the training courses page for more information on the courses available.

Voluntary sector organisations registered with Volunteering Highland receive advance notification of course dates and are offered training at a subsidised price and other public and private organisations can also be added to the mailing list.
