Volunteers will be trained to provide information on current topics to local groups. Ref. 44-837 Relationship Counsellor Scottish Marriage Care Relationship counselling helps people in unhappy marriages and relationships to reduce stress and change negative behaviours. Become a companion a couple of hours a week to a resident of St. Olaf’s Respite Centre. If you like to read, play games or go for a walk and are available a couple of hours a week. Ref. 44-498 Befriender: Befrienders Highland By befriending, you will be offering friendship on a one to one basis with someone who has experienced mental health problems. You will receive full training, expenses and support. Volunteers will host the tea in their own home once or twice a year and then act as a driver on other ocassions.
